We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing trade and wholesale customers.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone, email and in person.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Provide product recommendations and assist customers in finding suitable lighting solutions.
- Proactively follow up on quotations, sales opportunities and ongoing projects.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and develop new customer relationships.
- Work closely with our warehouse and administration teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Assist with after-sales enquiries and provide excellent customer service.

About You We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys building relationships with customers.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service or account management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- A confident, friendly and skilled telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good computer skills,



including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly Regarded:

- Experience in lighting, electrical wholesale, building materials or related industries.
- Knowledge of LED lighting products and lighting applications.
- Previous experience dealing with electricians, builders, contractors or trade customers.
- Experience using MYOB or similar business management software.
- Experience managing existing B2B customer accounts.

Lighting industry experience is preferred but not essential. Full product training will be provided to the right candidate.
