JR Richards & Sons is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Site Coordinator to support and coordinate waste and resource recovery operations across NSW as part of our Integrated Service Management team based in Rutherford.

This is a dynamic role that will see you working closely with large scale commercial and industrial clients such as mine sites, industrial clients, local councils, contractors, and internal operational teams to ensure service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across our Integrated Services division.

The Opportunity Reporting to the Integrated Services Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating waste management and resource recovery services, maintaining robust client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring operational and contractual requirements are met.

? Extensive travel throughout NSW is an essential requirement of this position.

The successful candidate will regularly travel by vehicle to metropolitan, regional, industrial and mining locations to:

- Visit client sites
- Conduct inspections and audits
- Meet with stakeholders
- Support site operations
- Identify improvement and growth opportunities




- Ensure service delivery standards are achieved

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support waste management operations across multiple sites
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct site inspections and compliance audits
- Prepare quotations and identify additional service opportunities
- Support project planning and implementation
- Monitor operational performance and contractual requirements
- Promote safe work practices and environmental compliance
- Work collaboratively with site personnel, contractors and management teams
- Assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business

About You We're looking for someone who has:

- Experience in waste management, mining services, transport, logistics, operations or a similar industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- A current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout NSW
