What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a Joinery Projects Manager who is ready to step up and take full control of our joinery projects from quote and tender through to project completion and handover.

A sound understanding of joinery and cabinet making is essential.

Our joinery projects range from residential packages through to commercial projects such as offices, medical rooms and schools.

The Joinery Projects Manager is a key position within our company and we are looking for the right fit for this position.

Being detail orientated is a must, we want to deliver our projects to a high standard, which means ensuring we are being quality focused every step of the way.

Communication skills are a non-negotiable for this position.

This position involves communicating with everyone from clients, to specialist contractors to our in-house tradies and network of subcontractors and just about everyone else in-between.





It is essential that you know how to communicate effectively and efficiently strong written and verbal communication.

You love safety on sites? Awesome! We do too! This role includes the preparation of SWMS, JSEAs and all other safety documents project specific.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients/ designers/ our internal projects team for initial consultations and discussions regarding project needs.

Oversee and sign off on the costings for tenders and quotations.

Creating procurement schedules, purchase orders and complete the ordering of materials and specialist contractor items.

Help out with the resourcing of projects and scheduling of labour for on-site and in-house operations.

Ensure work is completed to project programmes.

Uphold transparent communication between the client and other project stakeholders.

Track costings and budget control during the project.

Skills and experience A proven and successful background in joinery and cabinetmaking projects as well as experience running multiple small projects is desirable.

Successful Applicant Role Requirements:

- Current Police Clearance (less than 12 months old - required upon successful application)

- Current Driver's Licence
- Qualification in Joinery or Cabinetmaking
- A excellent knowledge of the Building and Construction Industry
- Fluent in computer applications and the ability to learn new software
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Readily available to commit to the position
- Committed to ensuring safety on site at all times
