About the role we are seeking a Junior Contracts Administrator / Junior Foreman – Roofing to join our expanding team. This is a full-time position based in Castle Hill, NSW 2154. You will play a vital role in supporting our roofing operations, bridging the gap between contracts management and on-site supervision.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop expertise in both administrative and practical aspects of the roofing construction industry, whilst contributing directly to project success and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with the preparation, review and management of roofing contracts and project documentation

- Coordinating communication between office, site teams and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met

- Supporting the scheduling and logistics of roofing projects, including material procurement and crew allocation

- Maintaining accurate project records, including timesheets, progress reports and quality documentation

- Assisting with site supervision duties, including monitoring work quality and ensuring compliance with safety standards and building regulations

- Liaising with suppliers to manage material delivery and resolve any supply chain issues

- Supporting the preparation of invoices, quotes and contract variations

- Assisting in the mentoring and coordination of roofing crew members on assigned projects

- Identifying and resolving project issues promptly to minimize delays and cost overruns

What we're looking for

- A relevant qualification or apprenticeship in roofing, construction or a related trade

- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and familiarity with construction management systems

- Sound understanding of roofing practices, materials and safety requirements





- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A current full UK or Australian driving licence (or equivalent)

- A willingness to learn and develop technical and management skills within the roofing industry

- Preferred experience: Previous experience in contracts administration, site supervision or roofing operations

- Preferred qualifications: White Card (General Construction Induction) or similar site safety certification
