Working within a large-scale migration program, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating KYC information for corporate, institutional and complex entity clients, ensuring client records and supporting documentation are complete, accurate and compliant prior to migration.

Your new role

As part of a major KYC and client data migration program, you’ll support the review, remediation and verification of client records ahead of migration to new platforms.

- Completing end-to-end KYC data and document verification for accounts undergoing migration
- Reviewing client information for accuracy, completeness and consistency across systems
- Identifying missing information, documentation gaps and data discrepancies
- Reviewing complex entity structures and supporting KYC documentation
- Assessing AML/CTF risk factors and escalating matters where required
- Supporting internal stakeholders with KYC documentation and account-specific queries
- Proactively following up outstanding cases, information and documentation
- Maintaining accurate KYC checklists, procedures and project tracking
- Supporting the smooth migration of client accounts and data onto new platforms

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in corporate or institutional KYC,



client onboarding, CDD, periodic reviews or KYC remediation
- Solid working knowledge of KYC/CIP and AML/CTF requirements
- Experience reviewing corporate, institutional or complex entity structures and documentation
- Strong investigative skills with the ability to identify discrepancies, gaps and potential risks
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced, project-driven environment
