Glenbrook Panthers is seeking a hands-on Café/Bar Supervisor to lead daily café and bar operations at our Blue Mountains foothills venue. You will direct a small team, ensure service standards across coffee, food and beverages, and drive superior guest experiences for members and guests.
You’ll manage shifts, support bar and kitchen staff, handle stock and cash processes, and uphold RSA, food safety and WHS compliance. A rotating roster and a friendly, community-minded culture await.
