About the Role:

We're looking for caring and capable Disability Support Workers who can assist & support our participants live their lives with choice, control , independence and confidence.
This rewarding role includes a mix of morning and afternoon shifts.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

Experience with personal care and manual handling

Current manual handling certification is required





Knowledge of seizure management

Basic awareness level of seizure management knowledge is required

Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English to ensure clear and safe care

A willingness to work weekends and early starts

Experience supporting participants with complex care needs

Certificate III and current first aid certification are required
