The Roles

Landscape & Civil Construction Foreman

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating site teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading, supervising and motivating construction teams.
- Coordinating daily labour, materials, plant and equipment.
- Planning and organising upcoming site works.
- Reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings and specifications.
- Allocating tasks and monitoring productivity and progress.
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
- Liaising with clients and other project stakeholders.
- Identifying and resolving on-site issues.
- Ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental and company requirements.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation.
- Completing basic site administration including timesheets, daily records, photos and checklists.
- Working hands-on with the team when required.

Landscape & Civil Construction Tradesman

As a Tradesman,



you will work as part of our construction team delivering a range of landscape, civil and construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include

- Carrying out landscape, civil and construction works as directed by the Foreman.
- Reading and understanding plans and site instructions.
- Earthworks, concreting, drainage, paving, retaining walls and other construction activities.
- Operating plant and equipment where appropriately qualified.
- Assisting with site preparation, materials and general construction activities.
- Completing work to a high standard and project specifications.
- Identifying and reporting site issues to the Foreman.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe worksite.
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team.
- Looking after tools, plant, equipment and materials.

What We're Looking For

For both positions, we're looking for people who have:
- Experience in landscape construction, civil construction or related building/construction work.
- Strong practical construction skills and knowledge.
- A strong work ethic and pride in their workmanship.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive communication skills.
- A commitment to workplace health and safety.




- The ability to work outdoors and undertake physically demanding construction work.
- A current Driver's Licence.
- A current Construction Induction Card (White Card).

For the Foreman position, previous experience as a Foreman, Leading Hand or senior tradesperson and demonstrated team leadership experience is required. For the Tradesman position, relevant trade or landscape/civil construction experience is required.

Qualifications & Tickets

Relevant qualifications and tickets are highly regarded, including:

- Certificate III in Landscape Construction.
- Relevant building, civil or construction qualifications.
- Excavator, skid steer, loader and other plant tickets.
- Other relevant trade qualifications, licences and tickets.
