Job Duties: Planting trees, operating mowers, mulching, using line trimmers and lawn edgers, weed control and any other general landscaping duties.

Landscape Labourers (Entry Level & Experienced Required)

Location: Kwinana

Pay Rate: $35/Hr Penalties Super

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM Start: ASAP Start Available, ongoing

Job Duties: mowing, mulching, gardening and horticultural activities, operating mowers or tractors where appropriately experienced and qualified and maintaining work areas and assisting with general site duties.

Tractor Operators (HR Licence Required)

Location: Wanneroo

Pay Rate: $40/Hr Penalties Super

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Start: ASAP Start Available, ongoing

Job Duties: Operating tractors with attachments like slashers and reach mowers to cut grass, clear weeds, and manage roadside or large-garden vegetation, plowing, leveling, or cultivating soil to prepare garden beds, turf areas, or new planting zone, performing general labouring duties across ongoing streetscape projects, supporting mowing, gardening and horticultural activities where required.

Mower Operators (MR or HR Licence Required)

Location: Canning Vale

Pay Rate: $35.35/Hr Penalties Super

Job Duties: Operating mowers to maintain parks, gardens, and public open spaces, assisting with general grounds and landscape maintenance, using gardening equipment including whipper snippers, blowers, and edgers, supporting the team with garden clean-ups and outdoor maintenance projects

Maintenance Leading Hands (Experienced)

Location: Kwinana

Pay Rate: $40/Hr Penalties Super

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3 PM

Start: ASAP Start Available, ongoing

Job Duties: Supervising approx. 1-2 offsiders and coordinating ongoing maintenance works across various projects, leading and supporting turf and horticulture teams to ensure works are completed efficiently and to a high standard, assisting with the day-to-day management and coordination of teams.

Construction Team Leader (Experienced)

Location: Baldivis

Pay Rate: $37- 40/Hr Penalties Super

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM

Job Duties: Overseeing a team of 3 labourers to perform landscape construction duties, reading project plans, coordinate day-to-day site activities, materials, deliveries and subcontractors, helping train and develop junior staff.





Construction Assistant (Experienced) Location: All Over Perth (South Perth Office) Pay Rate: $38/Hr Penalties Super Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM Start: ASAP - permanent, full-time role Job Duties: Work closely with the Construction Supervisors with both hard and soft scape applications, as well as irrigation across the Perth Metro Area, establish and maintain the site (amenities, fencing, access, traffic management), perform daily setup tasks, coordinate deliveries, and operate plant/equipment as required, coordinate subcontractors and on-site staff, complete daily site diaries and quality documentation, attend meetings and training, participate in company communication processes, and perform other reasonable duties aligned with the role.
