The Team The litigation group is well established and has an impressive, loyal client base. The team works hard to understand each client’s business and goals, then uses that insight to guide disputes towards a sensible, cost-effective outcome.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working with senior practitioners who are well regarded in the market, you’ll handle a broad and interesting caseload, including:
- Commercial disputes from start to finish
- Insolvency-related litigation
- Business advisory matters with a disputes angle
You will get a great deal of client contact and the chance to run matters yourself as your experience grows.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years’ PAE in commercial litigation
- A good grounding in corporations law
- Confidence working on your own as well as part of a close-knit team
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
- Sound commercial judgement and good negotiation skills
- A genuine interest in building client relationships
- Explicit, concise written and verbal communication
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset
