Responsibilitiesincludebutnotlimitedto

- Attendweeklyupdatemeetingson-sitewiththeclientandsub-contractors.
- Workcloselywiththedesignteamtocommunicateanychangeordersrequestedbytheclient.
- Paperworkandprocessmanagement,usingVistaoranotheralternativePMsoftware.
- Updateprojectschedulestoensureplansareontrackandmeetourclientcommitments,andeffectivelymanagingclientswhentherearedisruptionstotheschedule.

Knowledge,SkillsandExperience





- 5-10yearsofexperienceasaConstructionManagerorSiteManager,ideallywithinthecommercialfit-outsector.
- Minimumof5yearsofexperienceworkingonofficeorcommercialspacefit-outprojectswithfullrangeofsubcontractors.
- Experienceworkingverycloselywithawiderangeofinternalteams,includingDesignandPre-Construction.
- Aresultsdriven,proactive,problemsolving,collaborator
- Highlyorganized,deadlinedriven,andabletoprioritizeandmanagemultipleprojectssimultaneously.
