Durablend is a 100% Australian, family-owned manufacturer in Kings Park, Western Sydney. Since 1999 we have been blending and packing powdered foods, sports nutrition, supplements and pet products for brands across Australia, into sachets, stick packs, pouches, jars, cans, bottles and bulk bags. We are SQF, Certified Organic and APVMA certified.

About the role

We are growing and looking for Machine Operators / Pick Packers to join our production team. Preferably those with experience in food and pharma manufacturing.

You will work across our blending and packing lines and warehouse.

What you will do

- Set up, run and monitor filling and packing machines (sachets, stick packs, pouches, jars and cans)

- Pick, pack, label and palletise finished orders accurately

- Do in-line quality checks on weights, seals, batch codes and labels

- Fill and handle 25kg bags and bulk bags

- Follow GMP, food safety and hygiene procedures, and complete batch paperwork

- Help with changeovers and cleaning, and keep the work area protected and tidy

What we are looking for

- Experience as a machine operator, process worker or pick packer (food,



pharma or FMCG manufacturing is a big plus)

- A good eye for detail, a quality-first attitude, and reliable attendance

- Comfortable with regular manual handling, including lifting up to 25kg

- Good English to follow procedures and complete paperwork

- Full Australian working rights

- Forklift licence (LF) highly regarded, but not essential

What we offer

- $32.00 to $38.00 per hour + super, with overtime available

- Day shift, Monday to Friday, 6:56am to 3:06pm

- Afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, 2:56pm to 11:06pm

- Full-time and casual positions, with a pathway to permanent

- On-the-job training across a wide range of packing equipment

- PPE and uniforms supplied

- On-site parking
