Lucky's is opening on Chapel Street, Windsor, this November, and we're looking for passionate hospitality leaders to help bring it to life.

From experienced Assistant Venue Managers to hands-on Bar Managers and emerging Supervisors ready to step up, we want people who know how to lead a team, run a great service and create a venue guests keep coming back to.

ABOUT THE VENUE

Located on Chapel Street in Windsor, Lucky's is bringing its own personality to one of Melbourne's best-known hospitality strips.

Think great food, cocktails, music and late nights, with a lively, welcoming atmosphere and a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.

We're looking for managers who care as much about the guest experience as they do about the details behind it. People who can bring the energy, support their team and keep things running smoothly when the venue gets busy.

ABOUT THE ROLES

Depending on your experience and position, your responsibilities may include:

- Leading from the floor and setting the standard for warm, engaging service.
- Recruiting, training and supporting a confident, capable team.
- Managing day-to-day operations across the floor and bar.
- Maintaining consistently high service levels across the floor and bar.




- Contributing to music programming, including booking DJs, artists and entertainment.
- Bringing ideas for events, promotions and memorable guest experiences.
- Managing rosters, stock, ordering and costs relevant to your role.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, safety and responsible service.
- Managing the pace and atmosphere of service, from early evening through to late-night trade.
- Working evenings, late nights, weekends and public holidays as required.

You don't need to have done everything on this list. We're looking for a mix of strengths across the management team, with a shared commitment to great hospitality.

ABOUT YOU

You bring personality, sound judgement and a hands-on approach. You know that good times for guests start with a well-supported team and a well-run venue.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Hospitality experience suited to the management level you're applying for.
- Experience leading a team, or the confidence and capability to step into your first leadership role.
- A genuine interest in cocktails, music, nightlife and creating a great atmosphere.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm during busy service.
- A practical approach to solving problems and a willingness to get involved.
- An understanding of service standards and, for more senior roles,



venue operations and financial performance.
- A current Victorian RSA and Australian working rights.
- Availability to commence in mid-November.

Experience booking music or programming entertainment is a welcome bonus, but it isn't essential for every role. Most importantly, you care about your team, make people feel welcome and know how to deliver good times responsibly.
