As we continue to grow, Voak is seeking high-performing program, project and change professionals across a range of experience levels.

We are looking for motivated, collaborative consultants who have experience in complex programs, projects or change initiatives and thrive in fast-paced transformation environments. You will work with Government clients on large, multi-year transformations spanning business, technology, data and operational change, helping them deliver with confidence and bring their people along the way.

With contract and permanent opportunities available, we are putting together a multi-disciplinary team comprising the following roles:

- Senior Change Manager
- Change and Comms Officer
- Program Manager
- Project Manager
- PMO Support
- Project Financial Analyst
- Master Scheduler

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following capabilities and attributes:
- Proven program, project and change management experience in complex government or enterprise environments
- Experience on large transformation programs involving business, technology, data and operational change
- Confident stakeholder engagement, from frontline staff through to senior executives and steering committees
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to stay effective in ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce high-quality artefacts that stand up to scrutiny
- A collaborative approach, and a willingness to coach and share knowledge with the client teams you work alongside

We are particularly interested in candidates who bring one or more of the following specialist skills:
- Experience on legacy modernisation or cloud migration programs
- Familiarity with modern platforms such as Dynamics 365, Databricks, OutSystems or Boomi
- A background in regulatory, financial services or finance environments




- Qualifications such as Prosci, PRINCE2, MSP, PMP or SAFe are well regarded.

A Baseline security clearance is required at a minimum, with NV1 and higher preferred. Canberra based candidates are preferred, though we will consider applicants from other capital cities.
