What we are looking for:

Experience & Technical Skills

- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or similar support role.

- B2B Knowledge: Background working within a B2B environment is highly regarded.

- Systems & Tools:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is required.

- Exposure to CRM and ERP systems like Salesforce and SAP is highly advantageous.





- Experience with design tools such as Canva and Adobe InDesign for creating marketing collateral is a strong plus.

- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, email systems, and website CMS is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Communications & Events: Assist in developing and coordinating marketing campaigns, trade events, digital content, and promotional activities.

- Product Management Support: Coordinate product information, assist with product launches and lifecycle management activities, and maintain product documentation and internal systems.

- Market Intelligence: Conduct market insights and competitive research to support strategic decision-making.

- Collateral & Resources: Create, update, and maintain product-related resources that support sales and boost customer engagement.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of all marketing and product initiatives.
