We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to build and run the company's marketing function as we expand our product range and move into new markets. The role works closely with the sales and operations team.

responsibilities Research the reinforcement supply market in our service areas, including builder and contractor demand, competitor pricing and product trends, and report findings Develop and implement an annual marketing plan and campaign calendar for the full product and service range, with budgets, timelines and measurable targets Advise management on pricing, product bundling and trade promotions for stock and processed reinforcement, using sales and margin data Produce and schedule content for the website, online store, digital brochure and company social media channels, and coordinate designers, printers and media suppliers for trade advertising Manage the company's listings and profiles on construction industry directories and supplier platforms and develop relationships with builders,



estimators and project managers Track enquiries, quote conversions and campaign performance, analyse website and digital advertising data, and recommend changes to improve search visibility and lead quality Qualification &

experience Bachelor degree in marketing, business or a related discipline, or at least five years of relevant marketing experience Demonstrated experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns, preferably in building products, construction supply or another business-to-business trade sector Working knowledge of website content management, social media scheduling, email marketing and Google Analytics/Ads Ability to interpret sales and pricing data and present transparent recommendations Strong written English and the ability to work directly with the Director and operations team About Company Sydney Reo Supplies (Amiran Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 19 652 307 447) is a Sydney-based reinforcing steel supplier serving builders and contractors across Sydney, Wollongong and the Central Coast.
