In this role, you will work closely with leadership, admissions, and academic teams to manage digital channels, analyze market trends, and optimize marketing performance.

responsibilities Campaign &

- Strategy Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives aligned with business growth goals.

Digital Marketing Management: Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns across social media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), email marketing (Mailchimp/CRMs), and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).

Market

Research &

- Insights: Conduct market research to analyze student trends, competitor strategies, and emerging business opportunities in the VET and international education sectors.

Content

Creation &

- Branding: Design engaging marketing collateral, promotional materials, visual content, and short-form videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.

Student Lead

Generation &

- Conversion: Formulate and refine customer acquisition strategies, tracking conversion performance and student data through CRM systems.

Event Coordination:



Organize and manage educational seminars, open days, student expos, and brand promotional events to increase market outreach.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal admissions teams, education agents, migration consultants, and media outlets to align marketing efforts with college objectives. Qualification &

experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (AQF Level 7 equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a dedicated marketing specialist or digital marketing role. Prior experience in the Australian vocational education (RTO/VET) or international student sector is highly regarded.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems. Design &

- Multimedia Capabilities: Demonstrated skill in visual content creation and video editing using software such as Canva and CapCut.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages (such as Mandarin) is beneficial for interacting with diverse prospective student demographics.

Work Rights: Valid full working rights in Australia.
