ALPHA GLOBAL CATERING PTY LIMITED Alpha Global Catering Pty Limited is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to implement marketing strategies to their multiple venues. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, attract customers and support business growth. The role involves market research, campaign planning, digital marketing, promotional activities, content coordination and analysing customer and market trends.

Specialist will work closely with management and operational teams to develop effective marketing strategies that support the continued growth of the business.

responsibilities Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support business growth and sales objectives. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for existing and new products and services. Collect and analyse information about customer preferences, market demand and competitor activity.

Analyse consumer patterns and trends to identify opportunities to improve marketing performance. Monitor and interpret current and future hospitality and consumer market trends. Develop marketing objectives, policies and programs in consultation with management.

Advise management on marketing strategies, product positioning, pricing, advertising and promotional activities. Plan and coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Coordinate the development of marketing materials, including advertising copy, photography, graphics, website content and promotional material.

Develop and coordinate social media,



website and digital marketing activities. Support the development and maintenance of the Bliss and Butter Love brand identity. Identify target markets and develop campaigns designed to increase customer awareness and engagement.

Assist with planning promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches and special offers. Monitor campaign performance and analyse marketing results to determine effectiveness. Prepare marketing reports and recommendations for management.

Research potential demand and market characteristics for new products, services and promotional opportunities. Assist with decisions relating to product mix, pricing, sales promotion and distribution channels. Liaise with suppliers, designers, photographers and other external marketing providers where required.

Maintain marketing calendars and ensure campaigns and promotional activities are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets. Qualification &

experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Commerce or a related discipline is preferred. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management or a related role. Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research and consumer behaviour.

Experience with social media, digital marketing and promotional campaigns will be highly regarded. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative, organised and detail-oriented. Ability to analyse marketing data and identify trends and opportunities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
