Our client, a Federal Government Agency focused on the electoral system is seeking a Master Scheduler to join their team ASAP.

Duties:

- Support and oversee schedules, plans, task coordination, dependencies, and timeline/critical path monitoring, including scheduling program activities in consultation with stakeholders across the Funding and Disclosure Reform Program.
- Work with stakeholders across the Funding and Disclosure Reform Program to maintain, monitor, and provide analysis and reporting on the master program schedule.
- Manage quality assurance of correspondence, briefs, presentations, and reports, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Evaluate Program activity progress, identify risks, and develop and facilitate interventions where required.

Skills & Experience:

- Demonstrated experience managing schedules within large-scale ICT projects or programs.
- Experience and skills using Microsoft Project for scheduling.




- Proven ability to make sensitive and complex decisions using professional judgement within legislative parameters and delegated authority.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information and comply with relevant legislation and frameworks.
- Proficiency using DevOps.
