Australian Red Cross Lifeblood is offering a 12-month Graduate Nurse Program for newly registered nurses transitioning to professional practice. The program combines on-the-job practice with online classes to build clinical confidence and leadership skills in a donor centre setting.

Graduates will gain experience in donor interviews, phlebotomy, blood testing, machine setup, and handling adverse donor reactions, with mentoring from the Graduate Nurse Manager and Lifeblood Mentor Community.
