About the Role
As our Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for driving membership growth, building relationships with prospective members and delivering an exceptional first impression of Think Fitness.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing incoming membership enquiries and generating new leads.
- Conducting gym tours and membership consultations.
- Converting prospective members into active memberships.
- Following up leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Promoting membership options, campaigns and special offers.
- Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall club growth.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience from the first point of contact.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching new people.
- Has a natural ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Is self-motivated, organised and target-driven.
- Can work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Has a genuine interest in health, fitness and helping people.
Previous experience in a sales role within the fitness industry or gym environment will be highly regarded.
Experience in membership sales, customer service or business development will also be advantageous.
