Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria seeks a contact centre officer to support Aboriginal victims of crime through the Financial Assistance Scheme. You will be the first point of contact, providing explicit guidance and access to needed services with cultural safety at the forefront.

You will answer calls, deliver accurate information on entitlements, and connect victims to appropriate support while showing empathy and trauma-informed care throughout the journey.
