Digital Science is seeking a dynamic pre-sales and customer engagement qualified to drive demonstrations, onboarding and adoption of Dimensions and Altmetric. You will partner with Sales to tailor pitches, lead trial sessions, and train partners across APAC, while supporting ongoing customer success and product adoption in a hybrid Australia-based role.
You will engage prospects through demonstrations, manage requirements, and deliver training and webinars to maximize value.
