Noẽma, the latest concept from Lucas Collective, opens in Melbourne's CBD as a fresh Mediterranean dining experience launching this November. We're seeking passionate Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs to join the opening team and help shape a brand-recent kitchen from day one.

This role offers experience at a premium, à la carte venue with Josper-grilled cooking theatre, competitive rate and tips; casual and full-time positions available with ASAP start.
