St Sergius Aged Care seeks an experienced Home Services Manager for a six-month, full time, on-site contract in South Western Sydney to lead Support at Home and CHSP services.

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee day-to-day operations for about 120 clients, drive quality care and regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and mentor a newly appointed Home Services Lead through a structured training program.
