Radical Recruitment is recruiting for a values driven Approved Provider to recruit passionate and dedicated Diploma Room leaders for their Nursery & Toddler room for a purpose-built early learning centre near Rouse Hill. Your Opportunity

Be part of a supportive and collaborative team where your contribution will help shape a high-quality learning environment for children and families. You will play a key role in delivering engaging programs and supporting the centre’s growth and success.

Your Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality care and educational programs aligned with the EYLF
- Support compliance with the NQF and NQS
- Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment
- Contribute to program planning, documentation, and daily operations
- Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment

What You’ll Bring

- 3+ years of experience working as a Diploma Qualified educator OR room leader
- Strong knowledge of EYLF,



NQF, and NQS
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, reliable, and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
