The Opportunity

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to provide day-to-day support across internal business processes.

The position involves maintaining operational information, coordinating routine activities and helping ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

This role may suit individuals who enjoy organised work, have good computer skills and are interested in developing experience in business operations.

Main Activities

- Maintain and organise operational records
- Update task information in internal systems
- Assist with scheduling and workflow coordination
- Prepare basic administrative summaries
- Communicate progress and report discrepancies

Essential Skills Applicants should demonstrate good attention to detail,



transparent written communication and the ability to manage assigned responsibilities independently.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar applications is beneficial.

Previous experience in operations is not required. Initial training and guidance will be provided.
