Mansys Pty Ltd Organisation and Methods Analyst 1 Care Connect | Rooty Hill, NSW | Full-time Salary: A$85k to A$95k per annum plus superannuation We are Mansys Pty Ltd, the Recruitment Consultants. Our client, 1 Care Connect is a registered NDIS provider based in Rooty Hills, NSW. They provide supported independent living, in-home care, community nursing, respite and community access services across Western Sydney.

They are seeking an Organisation and Methods Analyst to review how their services are organised and help their teams work more effectively. Applicant will work with management, office staff and frontline workers to understand how information and responsibilities pass between teams, identify where delays or duplication occur, and develop practical improvements that support continuity of care for participants. What you’ll do Review the steps from participant referral and intake through to the first service.

Trace how information is collected, recorded and passed to the workers delivering the support. Speak with staff, observe how work is carried out and compare current practice with documented procedures. Identify duplicated tasks, unclear responsibilities and gaps in handovers.

Examine how roster changes, shift notes and participant feedback reach the people responsible for follow-up. Use service records to identify recurring issues and their causes. Prepare workflow maps and written proposals for management explaining what should change, who would be responsible and how the improvement could be measured.

Work with staff to trial approved changes. Update procedures,



forms and work instructions, and guide the teams who will use them. Assess whether changes have worked by tracking measures such as time from referral to first service, completeness of handovers and time taken to close follow-up actions.

Report findings and recommend further changes where needed. Must Have A relevant bachelor’s degree in business, management, industrial engineering or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience analysing work processes and translating findings into practical improvements across teams.

Skills Needed Ability to interview staff, interpret operational data, prepare workflow maps and write procedures that people can readily follow.

Experience presenting recommendations to management and working with staff to implement and evaluate changes.

Experience in disability, community services, healthcare or another regulated service setting would be advantageous.
