About the Role

- Pruners Labour Hire is seeking Twenty enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team working in citrus Packing Sheds in the Riverland Region, SA. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a rewarding career in horticulture with a major client. The role is casual, offering an average of 30 hours per week, or 120 hours in 4 weeks and is expected to run for nine months, commencing in February 2027

Responsibilities

- General shed hand assist in identified cleaning duties.
- Stacking.
- Sorting.
- Packing.
- Maintaining a high standard of work accuracy and efficiency.
- Withstand physical and tough work environment
- Observe and follow WH&S; policies and procedures

Skills &

- Experience:




- No prior experience is necessary; full training will be provided.
- Self-motivated and a quick learner.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Hours &

- Conditions:
- Casual employment (average of 30 hours per week or 120 hours per 4 weeks).
- Standard hours: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Extended hours on weekdays may be offered in advance notice. These hours attract penalty rates.
- Employment under the Horticulture Award 2020.
