ABOUT THE ROLE

Location: Southern Adelaide Metro

Part Time positions available (30 hours per roster week) - with opportunities to advance to Full Time employment

Ability to work days, nights or weekends

Up to 12 hour shifts

First Aid / Working with Childrens Check (WWCC) Mandatory

Additional Training provided as required

- Level 4 SSIA w/ relevant allowances

Wilson Security is expanding in Adelaide, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region.

This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors, staff and students





Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risks

Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification

Providing support to Facilities Management

Providing assistance to staff and students with a multitude of different requests

Responding to emergency situations

Contractor management duties

Ad-hoc duties

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Strong Customer Service Skills

Proactive and problem-solving mindset

Willing to support and step up as required into other roles

Ability to work well in a team or autonomously

Ability to work Nights/Days/Weekends/Public Holidays

Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights

Experience on large geographical sites or within education desirable

Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports

Demonstrated ability to monitor CCTV and Access Control Systems highly desirable

Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods

Valid SA Security License and SA Drivers Licence

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Working With Childrens Check Required

Chief Fire Warden Training will be provided
