Here at Class 1 Orthodontics we're not looking for someone to simply answer phones and greet patients. We're looking for our next Patient Concierge superstar! Someone who brings energy, takes initiative, loves connecting with people and understands that an exceptional patient experience starts with the very first hello.

Please note, you'll travel between Canning Vale and Rockingham and potentially other Class 1 sites when cover is required

About the role

- As Patient Concierge, you'll play an important part in the patient journey, from that very first phone call through to their ongoing experience with Class 1.
- Be our first point of contact and welcome patients with warmth & professionalism
- Coordinate appointments, handle rescheduling, and managing patient flow efficiently
- Respond to high volume calls and emails, answer enquiries and maintain accurate records
- Make new patient calls and go the extra mile!

- Initiative: You're self-motivated, proactive, think outside the box and take ownership.
- Communication: Excellent phone manner and confident engaging with new and existing patients.
- Reliability: Able to work Full-Time and travel between Canning Vale, Rockingham and other sites when cover is required.
