Visa candidates are welcomed to apply! Your new company A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join its payroll team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is available for an immediate start. Your new role

Onboarding and setting up new starters in the payroll system

Maintaining and updating employee payroll records

Processing employee contract variations and payroll adjustments

Managing staff files and ensuring payroll information is accurate

Assisting with fortnightly payroll processing

Reviewing time sheet information and resolving discrepancies

Responding to payroll queries from employees and managers

Preparing payroll reports and maintaining Excel trackers

Supporting the wider payroll team as required

What you'll need to succeed

Previous payroll experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Confidence working in a busy,



high-volume environment

Good communication and problem-solving skills The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
