About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and clinically capable Pharmacist Advisor to join our Clinical Team. This is a unique opportunity to move beyond the dispensary and help shape the future of community pharmacy practice by supporting pharmacists across Victoria as expanded scope of practice and innovative professional services continue to evolve.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional, clinical and regulatory advice to community pharmacy members.

- Support pharmacies implementing expanded scope of practice and qualified services.

- Assist in the development of professional practice resources, educational materials and member communications.

- Identify emerging issues affecting community pharmacy and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Build relationships with pharmacy students and support student engagement programs and events.





- Collaborate with Guild colleagues, national networks and external stakeholders.

About You

Essential

- Current general registration as a pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.

- Minimum 2 years experience working in community pharmacy.

- Robust communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a collaborative team.

Highly Regarded

- Postgraduate qualifications in pharmacist prescribing, or willingness to undertake further study.

- Experience delivering full scope or vaccination services.

- Familiarity with community pharmacy dispensing and clinical services software.
