About the role

Jupiter Health and Medical Services is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team at our North Coogee location in Western Australia. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial operational and strategic role within our medical practice.

As Practice

Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, and supporting our clinical and administrative teams to deliver high-quality healthcare services. This position is integral to the success of our practice and your leadership will directly impact our ability to provide excellent patient care whilst maintaining operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

About the Role

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of both practices, supporting approximately 8 GPs, alongside our nursing, allied health and administration teams.

From team leadership and financial management to accreditation, compliance and practice growth, this is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, responsibility and opportunity to make a difference.

We're looking for someone who:

✅ Has proven medical practice management experience

✅ Is confident with Best Practice, Medicare, MBS and PRODA

✅ Has strong leadership, HR and financial management skills

✅ Understands accreditation and healthcare compliance

✅ Is proactive, organised and a great problem-solver

✅ Is passionate about supporting doctors, staff and patients

✅ Brings a positive attitude and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves!
