Process Operator – Manufacturing | Batching & Blending

NSP Personnel is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Process Operator to join our client's manufacturing team based in Rowville. Our client operates within the health and wellness manufacturing industry, producing high-quality products in a regulated production workplace.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in batching, blending, formulation or production operations who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

About the Role Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for preparing, mixing and processing ingredients according to specific product formulations while ensuring production targets, quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements are met.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Accurately weighing, measuring, batching and blending raw materials according to product recipes.
- Following detailed formulation sheets and production instructions to ensure consistency and quality.
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing, mixing, filling and packaging equipment.
- Preparing raw materials and production batches to meet manufacturing schedules.
- Completing batch production records, stock sheets and other production documentation accurately.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Following GMP, TGA compliance requirements and workplace safety procedures.
- Identifying production issues, troubleshooting equipment and reporting faults.
- Cleaning and maintaining production equipment and workstations.
- Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Working collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily targets.





About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing, process operating or packaging environment.
- Previous experience in batching, blending, mixing or product formulation highly regarded.
- Experience operating manufacturing or production machinery.
- Understanding of GMP, quality control and safe manufacturing practices.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to accurately weigh, measure and calculate ingredients.
- Ability to read and follow detailed recipes, production instructions and SOPs.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to regularly lift 10–12.5kg.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during production shifts.
- A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Desirable but not essential:

- Current LF Forklift Licence.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Previous experience in food, health products, pharmaceutical or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.

Hours of Work
- Monday to Thursday
- 9.5-hour shifts
- Consistent working days
