Huntore Australia is seeking motivated and safety-focused Process Operators to join our growing operations team at the Mt Veteran Tin Processing Facility in North Queensland.

About the Role

As a Process Operator, you will be a key member of the operations team, responsible for the safe and effective operation of the processing plant. This is a hands-on role where operators rotate across multiple areas of the facility, including:

- ROM feed and loader operations
- Crushing and grinding circuits
- Classification systems
- Gravity and physical separation circuits
- Concentrate drying and loadout
- Tailings and process water systems
- Routine inspections, servicing and housekeeping activities

You will work closely with the Shift Supervisor to maintain production targets while ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and develop across all areas of the processing plant.

Essential

- Current QLD Driver's Licence (Manual).
- Strong safety focus and ability to follow site procedures.
- Good communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.




- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability.
- Willingness to work across multiple plant areas and undertake further training.

Highly Regarded

- Previous experience in mining, mineral processing or heavy industrial operations.
- Experience operating mobile plant or loaders.
- Exposure to crushing, milling and processing circuits.
- Gravity concentration experience will be a significant advantage.
