Findmea is currently seeking a mechanically minded Machine Operator / Labourer to join a well-established recycling and manufacturing operation based in Hemmant.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, operating machinery and being part of a reliable production team.

About the role
Working within a specialised recycling facility, you will operate machinery used to process and compress recyclable materials into compact bales for storage and transport.
Your duties will include
Operating and monitoring recycling and production machinery
Using machine controls and HMI panels to manage equipment
Monitoring production output and identifying operational issues
Troubleshooting basic machinery problems
Performing general labouring and housekeeping duties
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
Following workplace health and safety procedures
What we're looking for
We're interested in people who are practical, reliable and mechanically minded.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
Valuable mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot machinery
Experience using HMI control panels (highly regarded)
A strong commitment to workplace safety
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team A positive attitude and willingness to get hands-on
