With 7 projects in operation across WA's Mid West and Goldfields regions, we are seeking high character individuals to join us in vacant roles across the business.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in similar role in multiple dig unit operations
- A practical, hands on approach in the field
- Proven experience with 20-25 person teams in open pit gold mining activities
- A calm approach to leadership of people and fostering of teamwork




- A commitment to safety - identifying and rectifying hazards, minimizing risk and returning the team home safely at the end of the shift
- Experience operating Ancillary equipment to assist in upskill crew
- Day to day use and Troubleshooting experience in GPS systems an advantage
- A desire to upskill crew members and engage in their personal development

Essential Criteria:

- WA S26 Statutory Supervisor Qualifications - Exam & Modules
- Able to pass Pre Employment Medical & Drug Testing
- Current WA Drivers License
- Police Clearance for gold site access

Full time employment is offered working a 2&1 FIFO roster, with full camp facilities on offer.
