We are a large family-owned carrot grower with packing operations in Mandogalup, Western Australia.

We are seeking an Production Supervisor to assist with leading our packing facility at our Mandogalup packing operations in Western Australia. This position would suit someone who has a basic understanding of packing machinery, enjoys working with people and is confident working in a busy packhouse environment. This is a hands-on, physically active role, which requires remaining on your feet throughout the shift.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Shed Manager to keep operations running smoothly, ensuring staff, machinery, and packaging flow efficiently through the packhouse. The Production Supervisor will coordinate and support packers, stackers, and machine operators, and will work closely with the Despatch team. They will assist with training new floor staff, maintaining quality and food safety standards, and monitoring daily operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily workflow across packing lines

- Assist with staff training and onboarding

- Provide support to machine operators, stackers and packers when required

- Ensure shift paperwork and end-of-shift processes are completed correctly and efficiently





- Support the Shed Manager as required

It would be ideal that the successful applicant has:
- Mechanically minded and proactive problem solver

- Demonstrated reliability and consistency in previous roles

- Experience working in a team-based, rapid-paced environment

- Valid Australian work rights

- Previous experience in a machine operation in a packhouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential

- Awareness of food safety standards would be well regarded

- Forklift licence would be beneficial.

This position will be a full-time position with work available 12 months of the year.
