We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Production Team Leader to join an established food manufacturing business.
Working with a small team, this is a diverse and practical role suited to someone who enjoys being actively involved in daily production while helping ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and actively participate in daily production operations.
- Ensure production is carried out according to established schedules and procedures.
- Operate production equipment and assist with all factory duties.
- Oversee and participate in cleaning, sanitation and hygiene procedures.
- Assist with basic equipment checks and general factory upkeep.
- Assist with warehouse operations and stock movements.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar production role.
- A practical, hands-on approach and strong work ethic.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work across all areas of production, including cleaning and sanitation.
- Food manufacturing experience highly regarded.
- Forklift licence and warehouse experience advantageous.
