ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Program or Project Administrator at Halcyon Lake, you will play an important role in supporting the coordination and delivery of projects and day-to-day operations. Working in a premium design-led business, you will help ensure that client requirements are understood, information is accurate, and products and resources are coordinated efficiently from enquiry through to delivery. Your organisation, communication and attention to detail will contribute to the high standard of service and care for which Halcyon Lake is known.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented person who takes pride in doing things well and enjoys working with people. You will bring:

- Experience in project coordination, project administration or a similar administrative role.

- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

- Clear, confident communication skills and a professional, considered approach to client and supplier relationships.

- Excellent attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate records and documentation.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence learning relevant business and project management systems.

- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit team.

- An interest in interiors, design, rugs, textiles or craftsmanship is highly regarded.

- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
