Role-1 Data Project Manager

- Strong experience managing end-to-end data projects
- Good proficiency in Snowflake / data warehouse / data platform projects
- Strong project planning, stakeholder and client management skills
- Hands-on experience managing testing phases, Jira setup/dashboards and defect triaging
- Good understanding of data tools, technologies and migration environments
- Ability to work closely with the client and coordinate effectively with offshore teams
- Must be comfortable being client-facing/on-site
- Strong risk/change management
- Ability to connect technical delivery with business objectives

Role 2-Program Director / Senior Program Manager – Data Platforms & Migration





- Significant experience leading complex enterprise data transformation programs
- Solid background in data migration, data modelling and enterprise data-platform transformation
- Experience delivering across Snowflake and SAP environments
- Proven experience in program recovery, stabilisation or turnaround
- Strong program planning and re-baselining capability
- Experience managing large, multi-workstream technology programs
- Strong senior customer/executive stakeholder management and program governance
- This is a senior hands-on delivery leadership role, not a normal PM role
- Must have managed large, complex multi-workstream programs
- Must be able to hold workstream leaders accountable and remove blockers
- Strong commercial and delivery discipline
- Recovery/turnaround experience is one of the biggest differentiators

Availability: Preference for candidates who can join within 1–2 weeks
