We are looking for senior project leaders to deliver a major new hospital redevelopment for a government infrastructure agency.
The role
- Accountable for design, commercial, quality, time and budget outcomes
- Lead a team of 25-30 public servants and specialist consultants
- Manage the delivery partner relationship and negotiate complex commercial arrangements
- Engage clinicians, hospital executives and the community
- Report to government and the project board, with strong governance, risk and probity
You bring
- 10+ years leading large-scale infrastructure projects
- Health infrastructure experience (strongly desired)
- A record of working with senior government stakeholders
- A safety-first, inclusive leadership style
The arrangement
- Hybrid, with at least 3 days a week in Canberra or on site
- Full time contract, initial 12 months with extensions possible
