I'm currently working with a number of established and growing Project Management consultancies across Brisbane who are looking to strengthen their teams with experienced Project Managers.

With several new appointments and project pipelines coming through, there are opportunities to join businesses delivering a diverse range of projects across the Queensland market.

These are client-side Project Management opportunities offering exposure to a variety of developments, the opportunity to work alongside experienced industry professionals and the chance to take ownership of projects from early planning through to completion.

SECTORS & PROJECT EXPERIENCE

I'm interested in speaking with Project Managers who have experience across one or more of the following sectors:

- Residential: High-rise residential, build-to-rent, boutique developments and large-scale residential projects.
- Commercial: Commercial office developments, workplace projects and commercial fit-outs.
- Health: Hospitals, healthcare facilities, medical centres and health infrastructure.
- Education: Schools, universities, tertiary facilities and education infrastructure.
- Industrial & Logistics: Warehouses, distribution centres, logistics facilities and industrial developments.
- Hotels & Leisure: Hotels, hospitality, tourism and entertainment developments.
- Mixed-Use: Large-scale developments incorporating residential, commercial, retail and lifestyle components.

THE OPPORTUNITIES

Depending on your experience and career objectives, opportunities will offer exposure to:





- Managing projects through the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to construction and handover.
- Working closely with developers, investors, government stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
- Managing project budgets, programmes, procurement and consultant teams.
- Leading design management, tender processes and contract administration.
- Overseeing construction delivery, project reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
- Taking ownership of projects while working within established and supportive consultancy teams.

I'm keen to connect with professionals who have:

- Experience working within a client-side Project Management consultancy, developer or construction workplace.
- A background delivering building or infrastructure projects in Australia.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple project priorities and work collaboratively with project teams.
- A solid understanding of project delivery, contracts, programmes and budgets.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
