We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end cybersecurity projects across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have robust project management experience, cybersecurity domain knowledge, risk management expertise, and the ability to coordinate technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities ✔

- Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring scope, budget, timelines, and quality targets are achieved.

- Manage cybersecurity initiatives across infrastructure, applications, cloud security, and enterprise security environments.

- Drive implementation of security controls, risk mitigation strategies, and security improvement programs.

- Coordinate with cybersecurity architects, security engineers, IT infrastructure, and risk/compliance teams.

- Manage project plans, budgets, resources, dependencies, milestones, and reporting.

- Oversee security transformation, vulnerability management, and threat management initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Manage project risks, issues, escalations, and mitigation plans.

- Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to senior management and stakeholders.

- Manage vendors, third-party suppliers,



and external security partners.

Must Have Skills ✅
- 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with significant experience delivering cybersecurity projects.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, security frameworks, and enterprise security environments.

- Experience in managing projects involving:
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)

- Security Operations Centre (SOC)

- Vulnerability Management

- Cloud Security

- Network and Infrastructure Security

- Data Protection and Information Security

- Security Risk and Compliance

- Strong experience in project governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, and delivery management.

- Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and Essential Eight.

- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.

Good to Have
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile project management certification.

- CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification.

- Experience in banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments.

- Experience managing cybersecurity transformation programs.
