Melton City Council is creating a brand-recent role to lead, coordinate and deliver continuous improvement initiatives, enhance customer service, and improve operational efficiency. This is a fixed-term 24-month contract with a Level 7 package.
You will support delivery of audit actions and work closely with staff across council. Reporting to the Coordinator Planning Support Services, you will engage internal teams and external providers to ensure successful outcomes and improved processes.
