Talent Right has partnered with Formex Group to appoint a CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer & Operator to join its machining team in Alfredton, Ballarat.

This is an opportunity to join an established Australian manufacturing business with a close-knit team, modern machinery and a strong focus on quality. Whether you’re an experienced CNC machinist or a developing machinist with a background in manual machining and a willingness to learn, this role offers the opportunity to build your skills and contribute to a business that values its people.

About Formex Group

Formex Group is an Australian-owned manufacturing business established in 2003, specialising in metal products used across the construction and building industries.

Through its FORMX machining division, the business produces precision components for customers across Australia, including agricultural machinery manufacturers and other industrial customers. The company manages its manufacturing processes in-house and continues to invest in modern machinery, technology and production capability.

With a family-business culture, a friendly team and a strong focus on quality rather than mass production, Formex offers a stable working workplace where employees are trusted to take ownership of their work.
