Financial Analyst ( Baseline Clearance )
Purpose: give a timely, transparent view of the program's financial status. Seniority: Senior. Reports to: Program Director, working with the program Finance function.
Responsibilities
- Track budget, actuals, forecasts and cost estimates across projects.
- Make finance processes efficient and accurate; build and own finance tooling.
- Support business cases and budget cycle submissions.
- Train ASIC finance staff to run the processes unaided.
Essential:
program financial analysis in a government funded program; cost estimation and forecasting. Desirable: Commonwealth budget processes; CPA or CA.
