Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in fire protection, construction or building services?
We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager to oversee multiple Minor Works projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
What you’ll do
- Manage multiple projects from design and tender through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, deadlines and forecasts.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Oversee project documentation, reporting and quality control.
- Identify and manage project risks, variations and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, building codes and relevant regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, efficiency and processes.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience managing projects, ideally within the fire protection, construction or building services industry.
- Strong experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and multiple project teams.
- Proficiency in CAD and experience with HYENA calculations.
- Experience using Project Management software such as Procore is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence managing project documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and resolve challenges.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to keep multiple projects on track and within budget.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness and the ability to think strategically.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety, quality and delivering outstanding project outcomes.
