Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:

- Conduct physical inspections and desktop assessments of Defence-owned properties and assets across the designated region.

- Evaluate asset condition, functionality, and compliance requirements, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.

- Develop and maintain asset registers and contribute to the planning and prioritisation of maintenance and future works programs.





- Liaise with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and Defence representatives to validate asset information and support operational outcomes.

- Promote and uphold a strong safety culture aligned with Zero Harm principles, ensuring compliance with all WHS, environmental, and Defence-related requirements.

- Assist in the effective management of Defence property and asset information to support contractual obligations and service delivery.

About You To be successful, you will have:

- Preferred experience in property, facilities management, construction, asset management, or a related discipline, supported by relevant industry experience, tertiary qualifications, or trade certification.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately assess, record, and report asset information.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

You must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
